Clickbank Guide For Blogging
This clickbank guide for blogging is driving me nuts. For 2 days in a row, I thought I got shut out by Google. However, I looked at my check engine light (CEL) blog and until yesterday, I got consistent 1-2 positions in Google in the last 4-5 days. What’s going on here?
Here were my clickbank blog titles in the last 2 days where I was not ranked:
July 31.2009 Clickbank Blogs (got indexed right away but not ranked with 829k competing URLs)
July 30.2009 “SEO WP Blog Keywords” (got indexed right away but not ranked with 386k competing URLs)
So what is wrong with my clickbank guide for blogging?
First if you look at the top one on July 31st, there’s only 2 keywords and those keywords are pretty much competitive. There is no way you can beat any website being optimized for “clickbank” and “blogs” can be overtaken by a blog with less than a dozen posting even with a twitter link. I bet those ones ahead of me had more linking, web 2.0 social networking plus other stuffs needed by Google to get ranked in the top 10 positions. Sorry folks, I did not mean to mislead you but I really did not realize it after these blog were posted.
On the 2nd example for July 30.2009, although it has the long tail keywords characteristics on it, keywords such as “SEO”, “WP”, “Blog”, “Keywords” again are very formidable. These keywords are used heavily by a lot of competing sites and the only consolation is, I got number 1 spot through my twitter link. Consider also that the total competing URL’s were 386k and that’s an uphill battle. From now on, I will stick to around 100k-200k competing sites to improve my chance. If still I don’t get ranked, I am prepared to go under 100k competing sites. The keyword “clickbank” is just deadly that I am not sure if I can repeat my luck in the previous days.
So what’s my clickbank guide for blogging?
Well, if I must do it again, I thought I would start under 100ks competing sites just because of the word “clickbank”. I will then work my way up until I cannot get ranked anymore. Of course, there are other ways to do it like outsourcing your blog links, getting reciprocal links, commenting on other related blogs or forums but of course that’ another blog story.
I will get you updated again if this blog dated August 1.2009 ever get ranked with 142k competing sites. I hope you like this clickbank guide for blogging that I made today.
Thanks,
Richard
